Who Were the Chaar Sahibzaade?
The Chaar Sahibzaade were the four sons of Guru Gobind Singh, the great spiritual leader and warrior.
Their names were:
Sahibzada Ajit Singh
Sahibzada Jujhar Singh
Sahibzada Zorawar Singh
Sahibzada Fateh Singh

The Sahibzaade were raised in a spiritual and warrior environment.
They learned Gurbani (holy teachings)

One of the most important events was the Battle of Chamkaur.

What happened?
The elder sons, Ajit Singh (18 years) and Jujhar Singh (14 years), fought bravely
Even though the enemy army was very large, they did not step back
π Sahibzada Ajit Singh went first into battle and fought like a lion
π Then Sahibzada Jujhar Singh followed, showing equal courage
Both attained martyrdom (Shaheedi) while fighting bravely
Sacrifice of the Younger Sahibzaade
The younger sons, Zorawar Singh (9 years) and Fateh Singh (7 years), were separated from their father.
They were captured and taken to Sirhind by the Mughal governor Wazir Khan.
What did the enemy say?

What did the Sahibzaade reply?

The cruel order was given:
The young Sahibzaade were bricked alive inside a wall
Even at such a young age:
They did not cry
They did not fear

They became martyrs but never gave up their beliefs
